This writing project that I did titled, “The Positives of Metaphors and Medicine” shows how I correctly use MLA formatting. MLA formatting is double spaced paper, legible font, a works cited page at the end, citing authors, and header with last name and page number. In the essay linked below I highlighted MLA format key signs.
Proper sentences is key to a strong essay. To address sentence errors it’s helpful to go through each sentence and see if punctuation makes once where its put. I did that for the essay linked below, after I thought I was done I went through and made corrections where I needed to. For example I added commas in long sentences. And combined short sentences that would flow better together. Making local revisions is helpful to an essay as a whole. Small changes can make a big difference.
